Here at Queens Regular Baptist Church, we emphasize having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s not about Religion—it’s about a relationship. Our church is a place where the Bible is accurately taught, where people can know for sure where they are going when they die, and it is a place where all are welcome. Our Church was started with that purpose, to be a place where everyone can come and learn more about the Lord. We are an independent Baptist church, meaning that there is no hierarchy of churches. Our Church governs itself.
Our church was started by Michael J. Hammons and his family working with Baptist Mid-Missions in 1985. By the Lord's help and also with the help of His people we were able to purchase our current facility in 1994. Our church people come from countries such as Guyana, Trinidad, Columbia, and India. We seek to be a multi-ethnic group of brothers and sisters in Christ, just like the great multitude mentioned in the Book of Revelation.
